We talk about life and wellness in a welcoming and relaxed setting. We look at issues through a feminine lens and share our wisdom with each other. We know people have different levels of comfort with speaking in group settings; it's okay to come and just listen. Registration is required before attending each session. The overall objective this Circle is to raise awareness of mental health issues for women and to mobilize efforts in support of mental health. It’s not a perfect space (we are all human and we don’t always know how to hold space for each other), but it is beautifully imperfect.
