GLOW = Great Leadership of Women GLOW is our ‘circle’ – a small group of women who meet regularly to learn new skills, network, and encourage each other. We strive to be open-minded, supportive, and are unapologetically ambitious about our desire to change ourselves and the world for the better. Our meeting format is based on the Lean In Circles model. It consists of a leadership topic for exploration, followed by time for discussion and the sharing of our lived experiences.
