We will help each other developing relevant professional skills, mastering mentoring skills by active listening, providing access to role models within SCB and externally, creating exposure to SC senior leadership, build a strong network of influencers, mentors, sponsors, and supporters. Our name Positive Progression reflects the fact that the Circle is focused on positive momentum and not negative reflection to aid the progression of its members, whatever form that takes, be it career, personal, inner.
