The mission of the Penn State Hershey Commission for Women is to promote the efforts of trainees, faculty, and staff affiliated with the Penn State College of Medicine and/or the Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, to allow for the full and equitable participation, advancement, and promotion of women on the Hershey campus. The bylaws of the PSH CFW outlines the structure of the PSH CFW which has been tailored to meet the needs and interests of the faculty, staff, and trainee population on the Hershey campus.
