Our Mission Our mission is to teach people the tools that will help them navigate and understand healthcare. In general, these tools will help you learn how the system works, how to access helpful information, how to prepare yourself.
For patients and families needing to solve problems, learning how healthcare works and getting answers when they are in a hospital, a doctor’s office, clinic, or any healthcare facility. It is all about developing knowledge and building confidence necessary to ask essential questions and how to go about obtaining useful information. We call this “Healthcare Navigation”. It is our sincere belief and goal to give patients/families insight, tools, and knowledge regarding healthcare, in order to become empowered.
