Our mission
We aim to empower working parents in advocating work-life-balance, in developing and sharing new skills, and in identifying their personal brand to boost our career profiles. We will do so by embracing our innate skills as parents and applying it in the workplace.
This circle aims to encourage members to share their experiences as parents and how it drives them to be better at work. In this circle, we will emphasize that being a parent does not hinder career growth but rather equip you to be a good leader. They say leading is like being a parent -- sharing new skills, having courage and patience, having tough love, being accountable and responsible, letting go and celebrating milestones. Open to all working parents, preferably on APAC, EMEA or early US shift.
