Good food is good mood, isn’t it?! :) Let’s share our tips and tricks on how to eat delicious food during everyday work. Healthy dish, vegan dish, vegetarian dish, diatary dish... and so on. Just a best practice sharing, nothing more and nothing less. Why „Out of the glass“ as title for this circle? The answer is much more simple, as you think: I love it to put my food into a glass, bring it with me to work, open the cap... and enjoying it! We are all aware that healthy food is good for us. Certainly! Awww, but sometimes... we need these potato chips for our soul. Hey, and this allowed and OK. And I know, that each of us has some tricky ideas how to eat healthy and delicious at the same time. Sharing our our receipts, wishes and ideas will bring up new ideas. If it tastes, it's half of the rent - let's work together on find out together the other half for all the individual needs. And never forget my lovely (unfortunatly too early died) mothers advice: There are only 2 sorts of wine, the one that tastes and the other one. <3
