Our mission is to create a comfortable atmosphere for Notre Dame students to discuss gender issues both on campus and in life after college. We will facilitate an open dialogue about notions of gender equality, in turn leading to greater awareness of the issue at hand today and overcoming traditional assumptions that equality has been achieved in the workplace. Ultimately, our goal is for Notre Dame men and women to lean in together when it comes to supporting a woman's ambition, exposing injustices between genders, and developing a society that welcomes and celebrates powerful women.
