We aim to support women who want to enter or are working in the nonprofit sector, to support their goals and aspirations through guidance and support.
Women make up an impressive 73 percent of the nonprofit workforce in the U.S. but only 21 percent of large nonprofit CEOs are women, just 7.5 percent of all nonprofit executive staff are women of color, and women in nonprofits make 66 percent of the salaries of their male counterparts.
