Sheaux Up NOLA exists to empower young women in New Orleans to grow into confident, connected leaders by showing up—for themselves, for each other, and for their futures. Through open conversation, shared learning, and meaningful community, we create space for women to rise together in both career and life.
Sheaux Up NOLA is a Lean In Circle for young women in the Greater New Orleans area who are in the early stages of their professional journey. We’re a community rooted in the belief that the first step to growth is showing up—authentically, consistently, and for each other. Our Circle is a space to connect, share real conversations, and explore topics ranging from career development and confidence to leadership and personal growth. Each meeting features a new theme, giving members the chance to learn, reflect, and build relationships with like-minded women navigating similar paths. Whether you're just starting your career, making a pivot, or figuring it all out—you're welcome here. Come as you are, and let’s grow together.
