Our mission
We aim to support each other in our path to full professor.
At assistant professor and associate professor levels, female faculty outnumber male faculty at NIU. But at the full professor level, females are extremely under-represented. Among all faculty, male full professors represent 18.3% of the faculty but women are only 8.9%. In CLAS, there are 124 associate professors (45.97% female) and 125 full professors (30.4% female).
