Our charter is to create a framework for building and sustaining an inclusive culture throughout NFP. The inaugural group is being asked to help us define success for the women in leadership movement, as well as thinking about our inclusive culture building. Our outcomes through this journey would establish an ongoing women in leadership and inclusive culture process for all interested within NFP.
