Our mission is to empower women in agriculture to rise into their fullest personal and professional potential by cultivating confidence, leadership, and meaningful community. We are committed to providing opportunities, resources, and support that help women grow, lead, and thrive—on the farm, in the industry, and in every facet of life.
This is Nexus Cooperative's first Lean In Circle. The Pilot Circle will help showcase the positive impact that listening & collaborating with women in agriculture can have on our Connexus for FY25-26. We hope to provide insightful & meaningful topics to gain confidence & leadership skills.
