About our Circle

Gender: Co-Ed Status: Active Duty Description: Intention: To address workplace practices and daily habits that affect women in the workplace and at home. The group will use Sheryl Sandberg's book, Lean In: Women and the Will to Lead, as a guide for monthly discussions. Note: The book will be provided, or passages from the book. We will generally meet at CGHQ every 2nd Wednesday of the month, from January through June, from 1000-1100. The first meeting, Wednesday, January 11, will be 1.5 hours long, from 1000-1130, in order to meet each other, establish guidelines, and carry out our first circle. Jan 11 (1000-1130): Meet at 7N15-01 (conference rooms across from Cape Hatteras elevators) Feb 8 (1000-1130): Meet at 3D16-15 (conference room around the corner from the National Command Center) Mar 8 (1000-1130): Meet at 3D16-15 Future meetings will likely meet at 3D16-15, depending on room availability.
