This circle is intended to create a space for anyone seeking to build communication, confidence and leadership skills. On a monthly basis, circle members will complete Lean In assignments with an accountability buddy to build practical skills as well as learn Lyft tech basics. This circle will be co-led by Damika Barr and Annie Vu. Possible circle topic: Negotiating in tech Communication Confidence Networking Other topics Circle schedule: Monthly - 4 - 5pm or possibly lunchtime
