About our Circle

  • Meets once a month
  • Looking for members

A group for people at National Grid who work part-time to share and tackle the challenges that part-time working can present. This might include getting everything done in fewer hours, setting fair objectives, looking for a new role, being taken seriously as an expert etc. We will define the goals depending on who joins and what we want to achieve. We meet on Thursdays at midday every four weeks.

How it works

Circles are small groups of women who come together—online or offline—for real talk and peer support.

Why join a Circle?

We all need a safe space for real talk, inspiration, and support. Right now, we need community more than ever.
