Our mission
To provide a supportive and empowering community for Latinas in Fort Lauderdale and the surrounding areas (Broward / Dade / Palm Beach Counties). We aim to create a space where members can openly discuss work diversity issues, share experiences, and seek support and guidance from fellow Latinas.
Welcome to Lean In Latinas In Fort Lauderdale! This is a safe and inclusive space which was created to empower and uplift Latinas in Broward County and surrounding areas (Dade County / Palm Beach County). We understand the unique challenges and experiences faced by Latina professionals in the workplace, and know the power of coming together as a community in order to create a significant impact. In our safe and supportive environment, members have the opportunity to share their stories, exchange ideas, and know that they are not alone in their journey. We encourage open dialogue and invite members to discuss topics of cultural interest, diversity and inclusion, opportunities, representation, cultural identity, career advancement and more.
