In 1976, I started working at the Telsmith Factory in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Working my way up through the ranks, I ended up as a field service technician. Years later, I moved to Southern California, getting my chance at equipment sales with TEI. I then accepted a position with Cedarapids as The Western Regional Sales Manager.Next, I had the opportunity to join Balzer Pacific Eq. Co., who moved us to Seattle, Washington, to ultimately manage that division. After working for years with Balzer, another opportunity came my way. I once again joined the Astec Organization, working as an NW Regional Sales Manager, and then became a Technical Sales Manager for the West, which I finished in April 2020.
