Our mission
My mission is to help women lead from rooted identity — especially after life has reshaped them — so their power is steady, embodied, and impossible to wither. To cultivate spaces where women who’ve survived the rupture can re-root, reclaim their authority, and bloom without withering.
There are moments in life when something breaks — a relationship, a belief system, a role you carried for decades. And suddenly you’re not who you were… but you’re not fully who you’re becoming either. That space in between? That’s where identity overload lives. Too many versions of you trying to steer at once. The survivor. The achiever. The rebel. The good girl. The woman who knows better now. The Moon Fire Circle is a sacred container for that threshold. We begin with grounding — not to escape your life, but to come home to your body. Breath. Presence. Stability. Fire as witness. Then we move into teaching: *Identity Overload After Rupture.* What actually happens to the nervous system when a role collapses. Why anxiety often isn’t dysfunction — it’s fragmentation. How scattered identity leaks power. This is not self-help. It’s structural clarity. And then we enter the work.
Networks connect groups of Circles and individuals that share a common location, company, affinity, industry, or interest area.
We’re always looking for new members. Join today to be a part of Lean In’s global community.
Circles are small groups of women who come together—online or offline—for real talk and peer support.
We all need a safe space for real talk, inspiration, and support. Right now, we need community more than ever.
