I have almost 10 years of experience in administrative positions in Polish and international companies from many industries. For 3 years I worked both as a financial specialist and as an independent specialist and auditor. After completing my specialization studies in the field of employment and human resources management, I developed the acquired knowledge in the Human Resources department at Frontex - European Border and Coast Guard Agency taking part in the recruitment processes in the European Union for middle and senior positions along with onboarding process. I am focused on achieving planned goals and results, I am consistent in the implementation of tasks, I can work in a team as well as independently implement projects or support the organization of work of managers. My strengths include analytical and communication skills, multitasking and the ability to work under time pressure.
