The Minot AFB Lean In Circle is open to all members, military and civilian, men and women, who are dedicated to promoting the Department of Defense efforts to encourage diverse leadership and empower all women to achieve their ambitions. MISSION: Connecting women to be empowered in the workplace, build professional networks, and encourage them to succeed. GOAL: Peer groups who meet regularly to learn and grow together, openly discuss gender issues in the work place, and share experiences and advice on overcoming challenges in the military and DoD. METHODS: Online Lean in Circles, quarterly socials, leadership panels and professional development opportunities.
