This Circle is for career women who have 5 to 10 years of working experiences who want to develop leadership skills, prepare for market evolvement or seek for a change in career growth. Mid-career can be a confusing time for women leaders to identify changes and prepare themselves for a next step. By sharing experiences and stories, we hope to help each other with advices and inspirations to map out potentials and make that necessary move to advance to the top.
