This is simply about supporting women in their lives and encouraging men to join the fight for gender equality in Michigan -- with a particular focus on entrepreneurial ecosystem. The initiative hopes to motivate men to work towards equality in all areas of life, including at home with housework, with their children, in their marriages, at work and within entrepreneurial endeavors. When men "lean in" for equality, it will hopefully support and empower more women with the time, motivation and ability to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams.
