Lean In Circle

Mentoring & Advising Graduates

About our Circle

  • Looking for members

This Circle invites ambitious Graduates and Professionals in Germany to meet and exchange career-related tipps and tricks for a successful entry into the workforce. The first new position can be an important learning experience and a stepping stone for your long-term career. Finding the right company, who offers you opportunities for career growth and development can be a struggle, if you feel lost and overtaxed by the different choices you have to make in advance. Building a career path after Graduation is an exiting challenge, that comes along with plenty of questions: Which company is the right one for me, how can I prepare salary negotiations, what salary expactations are realistic for a newcomer, what is the best way to get in touch with my new collegues, what can I do in order to have a good start in a new city/ country,...? Asking the right questions, will lead you to more certainty and motivation and will support you to take the right decisions and, well...to enjoy this exiting new chapter of your life as well! This circle provides Graduates the possibility to seek professional guidance and exchange helpful tipps with working women, with their professional expertise and experience. What advice would you give to newcomers? How it works

Circles are small groups of women who come together—online or offline—for real talk and peer support.
