Mentor’Elles is a Community dedicated to Women Empowerment. Our objective: Give the means and tools to professional women to make the best career choices and realize their ambitions according to their aspirations. As women empowerement is a wide subject, we have chosen to make a focus on 4 main axis : 1 - Mentoring, 2 - Experience sharing and inspiration, 3 - Skills building, 4- Networking. Since Mentor’Elles Launch in December 2016 : - We have connected around 60 Women Mentees to 40 Men & Women Mentors and have already noted concrete and satisfying outputs, - We have created a community built on benevolence (Bienveillance), mutual empowerment, support and constructive sharing, - We have organised : * Meet Ups to share about: career shifts, international paths, entrepreneurship, Impact creation, Mentoring, * Masterclasses on : Negociation, Personal Development skills...
