About our Circle

  • Meets once a month
  • Looking for members

As a mental health advocate, the motivation of starting this circle is to provide psychosocial support for survivors, for people at risk of mental illness, and of course: TO RAISE AWARENESS ON MENTAL HEALTH. From my advocacy work, tens of survivors have reached out to me to TALK. They find it more safe and comfortable to talk to another survivor, simply because we share the same struggles. The motivation to start this circle is for survivors to talk and get the help they need free of charge. I want to create a safe space for you all ๐Ÿซ‚ A little bit information on me (leader of the circle): ๐Ÿ’š I live with mental disorders; F32.1 (Major Depressive Disorder) and F60.3 (Borderline Personality Disorder) ๐Ÿ’š I am a certified Mental Health Advocate for Young Minds Malaysia. ๐Ÿ’š I am trained in Psychosocial First Aid (PFA)

How it works

Why join a Circle?

We all need a safe space for real talk, inspiration, and support. Right now, we need community more than ever.
