We aim to help create individuals who are consciously aware of and make an effort to avoid gender bias in their day-to-day activities.
Through personal experience, I've learnt that more often than not, unconscious gender bias is baked into our nurture/society. We cannot go back in time to change the past (at least not yet), but we can make a difference to the future.
