We aim to encourage each other to set goals and follow up for a few things each month to improve our businesses in a confidential & honest group.
Group for mid-career small business owners who have at least 3 employees. Owners who are past the growth stage and in the sustainable stage who want to improve and maintain their business. Kind of like a life coach for each other for encouragement and to troubleshoot solutions for everyday life and business. I'm finding this stage a little boring, but at the same time have a good work-life balance so don't want to take on big growth again but need encouragement in doing what needs to be done in order to have moderate growth.
