We aim to create a safe environment where women can learn from each other by sharing stories of personal and professional challenges, especially those unique to women in the workplace and those influenced by industry trends.
Welcoming all women passionate about personal career growth looking to expand their internal network! Our circle's goal is to learn from each other and obtain a broader understanding of our organization. Our focus will be to empower each other's careers and pay it forward. Discussions will be on the topic of career navigation. I hope you can join! Logistics: We're a Northbrook-based group, but we are open to members from all offices. We meet monthly on Tuesday or Friday afternoon. Participation in the Circle is limited to Allstate employees.
