This is FY20 MDT Santa Ana AIM Lean-in Circle Group B. Leaders: Son Pham (Sr. Design Assurance Engineering Manager) & Filza Ahmad (Sr. BP Program Manager). MDT AIM Lean-In Circles are small groups of peers who meet regularly to learn and grow together, with an emphasis on navigating cross-cultural barriers in the workplace. Monthly circle meetings can cover various topics, such as difficulty in being assertive / influencing, networking, navigating the hierarchy/matrix, communicating effectively, mapping your career development, and mentorship.
