A circle of curious and empowered men and women at Washington College. Our organization comprises of a group of confident women that are faculty, staff, alumni and current students with the know-how to achieve our goals. We want to start an active and supportive community that encourages and promote women's empowerment, because that provides a stronger foundation for everyone. By better understanding the challenges facing women in today's world and how to overcome them, we can begin to chip away at many problems our planet faces today.
