Theme: It is about attempting to go beyond the virtual line you have drawn for self. Exploring the possibilities if we don’t confine ourselves to a boundary. Many a times as a HR Business Partner while interacting with women, I have heard them speak about ‘hitting a ceiling’, ‘not knowing how to navigate further’, ‘juggling between personal and professional life’, ‘acknowledging the fact that they have not even thought of certain possibilities’. I believe by sharing examples of how each of us have dealt with or are dealing with certain situations will help the circle observe and learn. Outcome- The circle could inspire more men and women around to push the possibilities, confident to think beyond without limiting self and create a powerful mindset. If each of us can start thinking without boundaries and attempt achieving one thing from the refreshed wish list, we will be ready to create this as a movement.
