Life Sciences Women's Information Network was initiated by a group of like-minded women, working at executive level in the Life Sciences community in Scotland. We meet regularly to exchange knowledge and ideas and provide support for each other within our circle. The model we have developed fits well with Lean-In Circles and we are eager to find out what else we can learn and share with the online Lean-In community.
