LIC LAC will bring together a group of 10-12 women who consistently meet monthly for a year to explore professional topics and exchange personal experiences in an atmosphere of confidentiality and trust. The goal of every meeting is that members are learning together or from each other. By creating an environment of trust and establishing a mutual commitment of time and focus for each other’s growth, the group will thrive.
