With college approaching, it is important that high school girls realize that although coming from an educated background, success can be hard to achieve in the corporate world.The aim of this circle is to help high school girls at Oakridge share their experiences of situations wherein they have been exposed to gender biases and propose the reactions they should have had. It will also help them to face this kind of discrimination in the future optimally, and thereby be successful.
