This is a group for women of all ages in the greater Malden, MA area. The purpose of this circle is to create a network of support for each other both in their professional and personal lives. One thing that stuck with me from the Lean In book was that women need to support each other - the odds are already against us and if we don't support each other it only hurts us! I would love for this group to turn into both an online community as well as a group that gets together for book clubs, group dinners at local restaurants, and/or group participation on local fundraising efforts. I would also love to see this group be a place for members to find or be a mentor to each other. Women of all professional backgrounds, years of experience and lifestyles are all welcome. Women supporting women. That is what this group is about.
