Lean In Central Virginia brings together professional women in metro Richmond and the surrounding areas in support of Dress for Success Central Virginia, a local affiliate of the international nonprofit that provides personalized job preparation services and employment retention programs for disadvantaged women in the community. Lean In Central Virginia members will meet quarterly and connect online to collaborate on projects that lend support and capacity building to Dress for Success Central Virginia and other local nonprofits that serve the specific professional needs of women in the metro area.
