Lean Outdoors embraces the Lean In mission following the idea that when women have a self-relying confidence, we have a better ability to "Lean In." This circle seeks to build, challenge and develop our member's self- confidence and leadership skills in what many consider to be a "male dominated" setting-- the great outdoors. It is our belief that as we learn to rely on our own creativity, thoughtfulness, knowledge and skill, we will become more empowered as women. And not just in an outdoor setting, but in our professional and personal lives as well.
