Lean In WSU aims to facilitate monthly open dialogues, which we call Circle Engagements, about pertinent issues facing students in all facets of their lives. We apply Sandberg's framework to create an intersectional community that brings people of diverse backgrounds together, all bound by the same vested interest in equality and empowerment, through the creation of circles. Our circles are peer groups that meet on a monthly basis to fulfill customized goals based on the circle's theme (i.e.: minorities in STEM, business fraternities). We also hold speaker events such as the 2019 Leadership Summit. Lean in WSU can connect you with many students on campus and in our community which will build meaningful relationships along with expanding your network.
We’re always looking for new members. Join today to be a part of Lean In’s global community.
Circles are small groups of women who come together—online or offline—for real talk and peer support.
We all need a safe space for real talk, inspiration, and support. Right now, we need community more than ever.
