The goal of Lean In Women of Color - DMV is to create an intimate circle of trust, where members can feel safe and supported as we navigate life while showing up as our best selves. We will cover topics from finding personal fulfillment, establishing work-life harmony as a working mom, mental health, building confidence in the workplace as a woman of color, entrepreneurship, and more.
