This is a circle for career women over 35 who encounter the challenges in finding resources to start a business, advance within their existing careers or find new opportunities in Belgium or other smaller countries in Europe. We will also just have open discussions about a variety of topics to build our confidence. This is a circles of peers who meet about once a month to support one another and learn new skills. We talk openly about our ambitions and encourage one another to take on new challenges. We have created a great place to exchange ideas, share best practices, and network with each other and leaders.
