Here at the Ford Motor Company women are starting to close the gaps at the higher ranks and this changing culture it is good to have a support group to help us through the milestones. This group will support the ladies for professional mentoring, work life balance, stress, women in manufacturing culture issues, not to just sit at the table but own the table and be heard. This group will also look at opportunities to influence the high schools and university in career development, ie STEM, robotics etc
