Our mission is to promote an inspirational environment at the University of Waterloo for all female graduates toward a more equal world. We focus on understanding our strengths and empowering them to achieve both personal and professional goals. In this circle, we target recent female graduates who are facing challenges entering workplace. We share our challenges, struggles, and help each other to overcome inside and outside limitations to start a strong career and progress toward high rank jobs.
