Our circle is mainly for expatriate Japanese women.Not a few of us move to overseas due to partner's assignment and struggle against traditional role,old-fashioned system,or different culture and so on.Let's speak up and aim high! 「海外赴任に帯同した配偶者の就労」はいまだに禁止の会社もあるのが現状です。優秀な女性たちが「ずっとここにいるわけじゃない」「どうせ2,3年…」と就労をあきらめ、意欲をそがれています。配偶者の駐在で海外にいても、自分のキャリアや人生のために働くことを制限される理由はないはずです。駐在帯同者だけではなく、さまざまなかたちで海外で働く日本女性、いつか働きたい女性とつながり、少しでも状況をよくするため、声をあげたいと思います。
