Lean In was started by Sheryl Sandberg, COO of Facebook. Later, Sheryl provided the opportunity for membership in the form of Circles, online groups that provide a way for women to Lean In Together, sharing stories of inspiration. The Lean In to Self Esteem Circle was formed to bring together young women from all backgrounds, entering the workplace or new to the workplace. The objective is to provide encouragement and empowerment and to remind that you are unstoppable and that no-one can make you feel inferior without your consent.
