This Lean In Circle is founded by and serves the international female students at Northeastern University. The Circle aims to 1) help international female students to build confidence and actively rise to the challenge 2) raise international female students’ awareness to lean in both on campus and in their future workplaces, and 3) provide opportunities to grow by sharing stories and learning from each other, thus building up supportive relationships and atmosphere for all international female students.
