About our Circle

  • Meets once a month
  • Looking for members

A Lean In Circle is a small group of women who meet once a month to support each other and learn new skills. It’s a place where we can be unapologetically ambitious and help each other achieve our dreams – whatever they might be. And we’re in good company, too: there are already more than 37,000 Circles around the world, and the vast majority of members (85%!) credit their Circle with a positive change in their life. Members of Lean In Circles have proven to receive more opportunities for advancement and higher pay. Each monthly meeting will have a set agenda by the Lean In Circle Leader. These topics will vary and will work to lead us into in depth conversations on how to improve our careers and work life. These meetings will be confidential as they are meant to be an open and honest conversation.

How it works

Circles are small groups of women who come together—online or offline—for real talk and peer support.

Why join a Circle?

We all need a safe space for real talk, inspiration, and support. Right now, we need community more than ever.
