Lean In Ring is a community of mutually supportive women who embrace diverse values and seek to live a life they own. Our activities are mainly held in Tokyo,Japan. At this moment, when we find ourselves in individually different situations, we can meet and speak with each other in a small group at our events. Let’s get on with our lives together to live in our own way. Ring is named after two Japanese words which are both pronounced as “wa”: ring and harmony. The being of a group of companions you can speak with is a kind of ring. Also, appreciating fortunate encounters with companions, we aspire to treasure a harmonious connection of people. Our core members are women in their late 30s, 40s and 50s. Across a variety of professions and backgrounds, how about finding companions with whom you can speak freely about your thoughts while facing yourself gently?
We’re always looking for new members. Join today to be a part of Lean In’s global community.
Circles are small groups of women who come together—online or offline—for real talk and peer support.
We all need a safe space for real talk, inspiration, and support. Right now, we need community more than ever.
