Diverse and balanced workplaces are more successful and happier places to work, and yet women remain under-represented in many professions. Women face particular challenges throughout their working lives, but many traditional workplace systems are not designed with women in mind. So that's where we come in. This is a circle to bring together women working in and around Plymouth. Our events will offer training and development, as well as opportunities to network, make new friends, and offer each other encouragement and support.
