Our Lean In circle formed nearly a year ago with 12 young professionals in various industries, occupations and family structures. Relatively speaking, we are all in a similar stage in our career with related aspirations. We meet every month in a confidential, intimate setting and alternate between “education” and “empowerment” sessions. Empowerment sessions focus on sharing challenges, opportunities and scenarios in our professional careers and gathering feedback, advice and encouragement from one another. Education sessions focus on topics within three key elements of leadership: 1. Personal Greatness 2. Engaging the Greatness of Others 3.
